Descending perineum syndrome: hormonal status and morphological changes in connective tissue

Abstract

The aim of the study was assessment of hormonal status and structural changes in connective-tissue structures in patients with descending perineum syndrome (DPS), and determination of hormonal factors influence on connective tissue status. Data of endocrine profile of 27 patients with DPS are represented. Also here you can find comparative analysis of perineum connectivetissue structures construction from 14 patients with DPS (study group) and 10 women without clinical and instrumental signs of DPS (control group).
