Double valve replacement with aorto-mitral homograft in patient with prosthestic endocarditis
Abstract The successful application of biological combined mitral and aortic homograft as monoblock in treatment of prosthetic valve endocarditis after double valve replacement in patients with severe aortic root and mitral-aortic contact destruction is described.
