Abstract

On the basis of own experience we represent an exceptional case of left ventricle echinococcosis. Conclusions: for planning of operation we recommend to carry out a magnetic resonance imaging or computed tomography of heart; it is obligatory to carry out an intraoperative transesophageal echocardiography; after resection of after a resection of echinococcus from heart to all patients it is obligatory to order a course of chemotherapy.
