Retroperitoneal desmoids: analytical review and case report

Abstract

Review of the retroperitoneal desmoids has been submitted in the article. Surgical and genetic aspects are discussed. Multidisciplinary treatment and surgery difficulty is emphasized. The case of gigantic mesenteric desmoids successful treatment is presented.
