Сlinical and experimental study: stimulation of regenerative processes in chronic wounds using platelets rich autoplasma

Abstract

The authors consider the experimental study conducted by the clinical use of platelet-rich autoplasma (PRP), describe the method of preparation and application of PRP and analyze their own clinical experience based on randomized controlled trials: group study epithelialization of wounds up to 3 months was achieved in 86.4% of patients and in the control group – only 10.8% of patients; treatment costs on average in the study group was 47.6% of the cost of treatment in the control group.
