Modern concepts of connective tissue displasia

Abstract

Review presents actual questions of the probable etiology and mechanisms of pathogenesis of connective tissue disease. It is described the variants of connective tissue diseases, it is given the basis of their development and potential molecular genetic methods of their diagnosis. It is shown that the study of this problem with the help of genetic methods of examination will help effectively conduct early prevention and diagnose pathological process.

Keywords:connective tissue dysplasia, pathogenesis, diagnostics, molecular genetic examination
