Principles and sequence of medical care for patients with chronic non-cancer pain

Abstract

The article presents information on principles and sequence in organization of care for patients with chronic non-cancer pain in few foreign countries, consider the structure and sequence, the volume and composition of care at different levels in the hierarchy of medical units, experts who are involved in the treatment of chronic pain. We discuss the main problems at different levels of analgesic care.
