Prevention of radial artery autoplast spasm in coronary artery bypass grafting
Abstract
Detailed description of the intraoperative spasm-preventive technique of the radial artery autoplast with a solution of inhibitor calmodulin – chlorpromazine. The method is used in the operations of direct revascularization of the myocardium and can reliably prevent perioperative spasm of autoarterial grafts from the radial artery, which is confirmed by carrying out intraoperative graft patency, graft angiography in the postoperative period, as well as in vitro experimental data.
