Giant neurofibroma of soft tissues

Abstract

This article describes a case of staged removal of a giant neurofibroma. Assessment of microcirculatory changes in the wound margins using laser doppler flowmetry permits a reliable prevention of insolvency seams and rough healing of the surgical wound.
