Long-term outcome of pneumonectomy for the right lung gangrene and primary myobronchoplasty
Abstract
The article reports the long-term (29 years) outcome of pneumonectomy for generalized lung
gangrene with leak-proof closure of the main bronchus stump by the rotational flap of the
broadest muscle of back.
