Biradial approach in recanalization of chronic total occlusion of left anterior descending artery
Abstract
We perform a clinical case of successful reсanalization of chronic total occlusion of left anterior descending artery in the 73-year-old patient with the bilateral coxarthrosis and right inguinal hernia excluding prolonged bed rest with compression bandage. Biradial access allowed to perform the procedure using a hybrid algorithm of passing chronic occlusion, to create comfortable conditions for postoperative rehabilitation and also to avoid possible complications of femoral access.
