Simultaneous coronary artery bypass and total gastrectomy
Abstract
We describe the case of a 69-year old male with severe
coronary artery disease and gastric cancer, complicated by bleeding. The
patient underwent a one-stage aort-coronary bypass surgery and total
gastrectomy.
