The diagnostics of supravalvular aortic stenosis by multislised CT-angiography

Abstract

The clinical case represents the diagnostics of arteriopathy - diffuse form of congenital supravalvular aortic stenosis in 27-years old female by multi-slised CT-angiography. CT specified the length of stenosis, estimated the condition of aortic valve leaflets, excluded subvalvular stenosis, revealed pathology of aortic arch, brachiocephalic arteries, coronary arteries, branches of pulmonary artery.

Keywords:supravalvular aortic stenosis, elastin arteriopathy, multislised CT-angiography
