Abstract

Traditionally the reports and training courses of the American Association of Thoracic Surgery (AATS) is presented a great interest in medical world. They are included the symposiums and scientific forums with strict selection of scientific information. The expert assessment of scientific and practical problems is developed a thoracic surgery. At the last decade the surgery of end stage heart and lungs disease could increase level of treatment. The new devices, other approaches to organ-preserving technologies and reconstructive operations are really alternative methods of heart transplantation.
