Abstract

The article presentes the history of creation and development of the united coordination donor center in United States – UNOS (United Network of Organ Sharing). Aim: United States experience assessment in creation and development of united coordination donor center, as a world leader by amount in organ transplantation. Conclusion: United States experience of creation united coordination donor center can be extremely useful for creation analogue system in and increase number of transplantations in Russian Federation.
