The use of physician-modified stent graft during EVAR in patient with juxtarenal aneurysm

Abstract

The article describes a clinical case of physician-modified stent graft during EVAR in patient with juxtarenal aneurysm. This technique allows performing EVAR in patients with hostile proximal and distal neck anatomy and high-risk patients with contraindications to open surgery. The use of this technique in Russia is limited.

Keywords:juxtarenal aneurysm; endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR); physician-modified stent graft; type III endoleak
