Successful single-port thoracoscopic surgery for pneumocirrhosis of the middle lobe of the lung with simultaneous correction of valvular defects under cardiopulmonary bypass
Abstract
The article presents
a clinical case of successful treatment of a patient with multiple heart
defects and pneumocirrhosis of the middle lobe. The patient underwent
thoracoscopic single-port annuloplasty of the mitral valve with a support ring,
annuloplasty of the tricuspid valve according to De Vega, plastic of the atrial
septal defect with a xenopericardial patch, and middle lobectomy.
