Surgical correction of atriomegaly in long-standing rheumatic mitral valve disease

Abstract

This article describes the surgical correction of atriomegaly in long-standing rheumatic mitral valve disease, which caused deformation of the whole cardiac structure, including the development of atriomegaly.
