Necrosis of the gallbladder wall in its bed as a source of liver abscess
Abstract
The formation of a liver abscess against the background of necrosis of
the gallbladder wall in its bed cannot be called casuistry. However, when
necrosis, with a persistent contact purulent process, passes into the scarring
stage, and the bladderwall is restored, such an option should be considered
impossible. The intraoperative picture in the clinical case presented in the
article absolutely did not correspond to the results of instrumental studies.
Not only the difficulties of intraoperative search are described, but also the
difficulty of choosing operational tactics.
