Tertiary peritonitis and antibacterial therapy: solution approach (analytical review)
AbstractThe increase of frequency multiresistant microflora in patients with tertiary peritonitis is very relevant in the modern surgery. In this review the literature data of extremely high frequency of these agents in the offices of the Department of resuscitation and intensive therapy and provides recommendations on the choice of antimicrobial therapy. Tigecycline – a new antibiotic class of glycylcycline is the drug of choice for treatment of these conditions.
