Clinical case of surgical elimination of post-burn adduction contractures of hip joints, cicatricial contraction of perineum, anal stricture and fusion of intergluteal fold

Abstract

Post-burn scar deformities of perineum can lead to severe functional impairments in patients, in some cases requiring surgical treatment. The clinical case of surgical reconstruction in patient with post-burn adduction contractures of hip joints, cicatricial contraction of perineum, anal stricture, fusion of intergluteal fold is presented. Good functional and aesthetic results were obtained.
